POLICIES FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

30% non-refundable deposit is required for any booking over $1000 and the rest is due 48 hours upon arrival except for Boats and Yacht charters, they must be paid in full.

 

All types of transportation services starting from $90 to $999 must be pre-paid in full. We will charge the full amount to the credit card provided.

 

No refund for any cancellations or flight changes performed within 48 hours before the service date.

 

There are no refunds for no-shows

POLICIES FOR TOURS SERVICES

Nassau Elite Luxury Transportation will charge advance BOOKING DEPOSIT per tour to the provided credit card at the moment of confirming your reservation. The balance due will be paid in full or charged to the credit card provided on the day of your first tour.

 

Cancellation for the tours must be performed before 7 business days from the service date. There are no refunds if the cancellation is performed later than the mentioned time.

For group tours, all sales are final.

 

All reservations/tours confirmed during the weeks of Peak season(starting from January to the 3rd week of August) must be pre-paid in full and there’s no refund.

 

Tour rescheduling must be requested at least 36 hours in advance. If rescheduling is requested within less than 36 hours of the scheduled tour, the total cost of the tour will have to be paid again. All airport transportation/Sailing/Sunset/fishing/Snorkeling tours must be pre-paid in full.  

 

Tour cancellations made within at least 36 hours of the scheduled date are 85% refundable minus the credit card charging fees (5%). Tour cancellations made within less than 36 hours are non-refundable and any balance due will be charged to the credit card provided.

 

Tours canceled by Nassau Elite Luxury Transportation due to unsafe weather conditions will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible at all because of the weather you will receive a 100% refund.  There are no refunds for late cancellations, unused portions of packages, or no shows.

GROUPS (15 people & up):15-30 days prior to the scheduled date: 100% of the total cost of the tour must be pre-paid and if cancellations 50% is refundable— Cancellations: 0-14 days prior to the scheduled date there’s no refund.

 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

For the airport pick up one of our associates will be at the airport waiting for you, right after you pass customs, he will be holding a sign with your name on it. Look for the sign! We will monitor your flight’s arrival and gauge when to meet you.

 

For the airport drop-off, remember you need to be at the airport at least 2 hours ahead of the flight departure time. Don’t forget to also consider the driving time to get to the airport.

 

Infant car seats are provided upon request and subject to availability.

 

Make sure you reconfirm the departure time of your return flights. It’s your responsibility.

 

In all cases, Nassau Elite Luxury Transportation will not authorize any refunds for late cancellations, unused portions of packages, or no shows.

 

Children over 6 years old pay full price. Infants at no charge. All children under 6 years old are considered infants. The following tours children all ages must pay FULL PRICE: City Tours, Island Tours, Luxury Island, John Watling’s Distillery Tour, Pig Beach Tour, Tours of The Caves in Nassau, Pompey Square Museum Tours, The Pink Sand Beaches, Tours of All the Forts, Queen’s Staircase, Clifton Heritage National Park Tours.
