CONDITIONS

I accept the following terms and conditions for the car rental service:
1. I hereby agree to return the Vehicle in the same condition as received to The Bahamas Private Transport and Tour Company Ltd representative or to accept responsibility for loss.
2. A Credit card must be left on file, where we will run the card to pay the security deposit.
3. Once the vehicle is returned in the same way it was received, the security deposit will be fully refunded.
4. Also, there is a drop-off fee of $100 and a pick-up fee of $200.
5. In case of an accident, Lessee agrees to report it to the Police and make necessary statements to them.
6. The Renter of the Vehicle is not responsible for any personal injuries or other loss or damage which may be suffered by the Lessee and /or any Passenger carried upon the said Vehicle.
7. Absolutely no smoking is permitted in the vehicle.
8. Flat tires caused by road hazards are the renter's responsibility. If the vehicle gets a flat tire, call the owner for instructions.
9. If the vehicle overheats, the renter must immediately turn the vehicle off and contact the owner. Failure to do so will result in the renter being fully liable for repair costs.
10. Traffic tickets are the renter's responsibility. We encourage you to pay immediately.
11. Broken glass, unless caused by an actual accident with another vehicle at fault, is the responsibility of the renter.
12. Vehicle is required to be returned to the specified location by the date and time specified. There is no grace period on vehicle return. Any vehicle returned after the indicated return time will be charged to the renter at the maximum daily rate.
13. Items left in the vehicle will be discarded/removed.
14. Absolutely no refund, except for a repeated mechanical failure.
15. This contract is subject to final audit and changes by the owner.

Paying for this means I accept and agree to all terms and conditions.
